Since the new update its been awful!. Why fix something that's not broken. Now it glitches, shows items out of stock when it is in stock, takes forever to load and rewards are never shown and updated on the other app. Really annoying because I love shopping with asda! Please change the app back! So many people complaining and are unhappy! Please for once listen!

Order placed. Not delivered. App didn't update at all. Only when I called after a whole hour at 10pm, was told driver told office he couldn't get it to deliver. while I received no communication from him and I have a concierge! So he lied and disappeared with my order. No complaints option on app either. Highly Disappointed ! Nov'24 just kept getting worse! 2 slots in one week. 0 deliveries. 0 contact. Deleting it. It's useless.

Missimg food items!!! Worst I've experienced with online shopping. I've had trouble non stop and nothing but stress, got my shopping and half of the food was missing and it was all the dinner items and meat. Called asda and was difficult to get a refund. Had to wait a week for a refund, so a week without dinner!!! Until I got the money back to buy dinner items. What happened to all the missing items. Also app won't let me buy anything anymore, glitches no stop. Can't conform orders, waste.
