Ratings and reviews

This is my first time using this app to pay a bill internationally. Im not sure how it works, I will update when the transaction is fulfilled. The process to set up the payment was fairly easy. They convert the currency to pay bill and its outlined for you. We'll see how long it takes to actually post. No issues as of right now, will update later. UPDATE: payment worked. It posted about 4 days later. 10/10 so far.

I tried to make transactions on several occasions and they were cancelled or delayed every time. Some of the payments were time sensitive and it was incredibly frustrating. I called customer service each time and they told me conflicting things. Eventually, after several delayed/cancelled transactions, they told I was no longer allowed to use their services. If you're looking for a headache, you've come to the right place.

No response from customer service. I have sent several messages the past year because I keep getting notifications almost daily to pick up money for a cancelled transaction. Edit: I haven't been able to log into the app for many months. I try to log in with my PayPal password and it erases it. I have tried everything and it is gliched and I can't log into the app. I can log in on the browser, but it changes the name of the person who is receiving when I go to review. App is non-functional.
