Ratings and reviews

I am paying for a Pro membership, but the app will not let me use it unless I upgrade to a (much more expensive) Learn membership. Unacceptable amounts of dark patterns especially for something I'm already paying for. EDIT: after contacting support, I found out there is an X that eventually appears at the top left. It blended in with the background. Bumping to 2 stars but I still find this shady. Make it more obvious.

This is so bad it's not even funny. Exiting out of the app and going right back in (not even closing it) it resets your screen back to the beginning. You can't use it with a subscription, which is horribly over priced by the way. I already had an active subscription online and when getting the app they force you to choose an option despite already being subscribed, they are legitimately trying to scam you by having you pay twice. There is also CONSTANTLY pop ups coming on screen to interupt you.

App is pretty good, and largely does what it is supposed to. Downgrading two stars because I am on the $55/year ad free plan and the app is still maddeningly cluttered with full screen multi-step adds and attempted forced sign ups for AI tools and pushy attempts to get me to upgrade to the higher tier subscription. For a while I wondered if my subscription didn't work because of all the ads. I am unhappy with the experience and will not be renewing my subscription.
