The CVS/caremark™ app lets you refill or request new mail service prescriptions, track order status, view prescription history and more. You must have CVS/caremark prescription benefits to use the app: If you’re not sure, check your health insurance plan information to confirm.

Features include:

• Refill mail order prescriptions without registering or signing in (Easy Refill)
• See number of refills due and orders in progress without signing in
• Check order status
• Renew or request new mail service prescriptions
• Check drug costs and coverage
• View prescription history
• Find a pharmacy in your network
• View your member ID Card (if provided by plan design)
• Identify unknown pills
• Check for potential drug interactions
• Update Account Information; shipping and billing information, manage family access, and reset password

If you already use Caremark.com, your existing username and password will work on the app, too. If not, we make it easy for you to register on the app.

This app is barely functional. I can only log in once before I have to force quit and restart the app; in other words, repeated logins break the app. The last update appeared to change nothing but the image used in the Caremark logo. What's more - the information it displays (i.e. order status) is often confusing or incomplete compared to what an agent can see on the back end. For such a crucial service in its patients' lives, there is no excuse to have an app this bad.

This app used to work very well and I could easily manage my prescriptions. However, over the past year, I am unable to sign into the app. When I select sign in, it hangs like it's trying to bring up a username/password modal, but doesn't. Even after multiple updates, it still has not corrected the problem, so I'm forced to go through the website interface instead. I am on a Samsung S22 Ultra running Android 14.

The app once worked well and was easy and useful. It is now "no longer compatible with my device." Ok. So I don't feel the need to constantly upgrade to the latest device. My device isn't that old. The app should be flexible enough for use across multiple and still fully functional operating systems. Do better to support you customers.
