I originally got the app a long time ago and had the free version for a while. I then bought the subscription for the stress package. This really helped. However, since then the app seems to gradually be getting worse and will turn itself off in the middle of a meditation or a soundscape while you're trying to sleep. This means that whenever there is a pause in a meditation, I'm left wondering if the app has gone off again or if I'm still in the guided meditation, which causes anxiety.

I actually really liked this app but fell out of the habit of using it and want to stop paying - after going through the entire "cancel subscription" process on their app only to be told to cancel through the Google store which is either incredibly difficult or impossible I am very frustrated and this feels extremely predatory. There's no reason to make it this hard to cancel except relying on your anxious/depressed target demo to get overwhelmed and give up. Fix this.

Terrible customer service. There is no way to speak to customer service and their pat messages don't help. I have emailed support three times with 3 different answers, none of which work. This app used to work well, but now it is impossible to navigate. I just wanted to restart the basic class. And that seems impossible. It is so hard to navigate it just makes me more anxious. Does anyone know how I can start the basics course from lesson 1?

What's new

A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
