LastPass used to be great, but now it often glitches right when I need it most. It used to save me time. More recently, it has cost me hours of tedious work to access super important information, and if you get locked out of your account, there is no way to get in touch with a human for support. I will be switching apps. Have already started the process.

Nearly zero feature updates in 8 years. Constantly needs to have it's auto fill service reset/turned back on even though I didn't turn it off and no other similar apps have this problem. Ooooh! And doubled in price while doing all of these fails. Still lacks basic features available thru the web interface. Basically abandonware with a price tag.

What Happened... I have loved the app for years, now it constantly logs out and requires the password to be entered, they got rid of the legacy function that was necessary for certain apps/sites, and I got stuck in a loop on Expedia that, even though I turned Lastpass off, kept filling my email into the location field. Please fix so I don't have to move to someone else
