I have used Xoom through PayPal for close to 8 months now, and despite the fact that they show one amount as the fee then switch it once you complete the transaction to a slightly higher amount, it wasn't enough to bother me. However, 2 days ago, I sent myself money, yet when Xoom said it was available, it was not available when I got to the bank. I requested a cancelation through PayPal and Xoom, but neither want to give me my money back. DON'T USE!!!

The app experience is ok but the service is bad. Just like what other users said, after I went through all the security procedures, they denied my legitimate transfers. If they were really concerned, why is there no alerting on my listed communicated channels?! I eventually uninstalled and switched to a different app. Now they are sending ads to get me to use their service 🤣

No response from customer service. I have sent several messages the past year because I keep getting notifications almost daily to pick up money for a cancelled transaction. Edit: I haven't been able to log into the app for many months. I try to log in with my PayPal password and it erases it. I have tried everything and it is gliched and I can't log into the app. I can log in on the browser, but it changes the name of the person who is receiving when I go to review. App is non-functional.
