Forced me to download this app in order to view my policy document instead of just including the document in the email. That's the first red flag. I couldn't log in to the app because it's asking for a phone when I didn't sign up for this insurance with a phone number. I got it with a bus ticket purchased through RedBus. That's red flag #2. No customer contact support options included in the email whatsoever. Three strikes—you're out. This app and this company sucks! Don't use them.

I am having a very weird experience. Their agent first told me cannot buy health policy for a single member. Need 2 people atleast. But on their app, till today, I could choose to buy a plan just for myself. Their AI bot also confirmed that can buy individual plans. So I thought their agent was lying. But just now, their app UX has completely changed. Now if I choose just myself, it tells me no plan available for you, not even platinum lite. What a frustrating experience.

Poor service, buggy app. When it comes to selling the insurance their app works great, their agent coordinates well. But when it comes to delivering the services they get buggy. No one to coordinate to. Everytime you wl have to ask for call back, for which it shows slot for next day. For a windshield change, my car was with them for 3 days, that too after me pushing a lot.
