I wish I can give a lower rating. 1. Totally user unfriendly - Asks for a phone number to login. It then detects multiple accounts and switches to user ID / password. What is the user ID? No way to figure out 2. ZERO helfpul screens post login. I don't understand the point of this app at all! Airtel Thanks for e.g. is brilliant - Gives an overview of all accounts and what needs to be done wrt to each account. Just delete this app from the Play Store!

Sometimes Network Issues & sometimes speed. that is why 3 star. if you improve your network without break and improve speed i will be giving 4 stars and above. It's not happening right now, it happens sometimes not everytime. It happens like a sudden storm. No issues right now. I will check for next coming months. My plan is 6 months. I will check your speed and network issues within this span of time for raising the Star ratings to 4 & let you know about my account details after that. Thanks.

This is the worst service I have ever taken. Very bad customer service. They act superfast while giving connection and taking the money. But very late for resolving the issues. I could only have had it for 2 weeks. Continuous service interruption and they took days to resolve the issue. No proper customer support. In 2 weeks internet stopped working for 2 times, each time they took more than 36 hours to resolve the issue. APP doesn't provide much help, you can only open as many tickets as you ca
