Ajio app is full of bugs. When I am above to make the payment it says some product is out of stock and it asks me to review my order and takes me to the bag but all the items in the bag will be in stock. This keep happening multiple times. When everything looks fine then the payment fails after multiple attempts. This the worst online shopping experience for me ever.

Extremely disappointed with AJIO! I ordered 2 kurtas worth ₹1,700, but received wrong and cheap products that look like they cost ₹50. There is no option for return or refund on the app, and no proper support. This is unacceptable. I need a resolution ASAP—either a pickup and full refund or the correct products delivered. I called and spoke twice and emailed multiple times. still my issue is not addressed.

App's interface is not good. Yes it's affordable but quality of the products is dirt cheap. Most of the products have only exchange policy. You'll order something with return and exchange policy but by the time you'd want to return it, their policy changes and they say now it's only available for exchange and you'll be left with that product. Pathetic! Try going for offline shopping instead and you'll get much better options and at least better transparency.
