Poštovani, rezervisala sam preko Vas hotel Pamuk City, Gaziantep 2 na 3. 10.2023. Boravili smo u hotelu a da nismo dobili potvrdu o rezervaciji ni do danas, a sada znam i zašto.Na taj način vlasnici hotela podkradaju goste. Ne znam da li za tu krađu imaju suglasnost vaših uposlenika. Obrazloženje, Rezervirala sam dvije sobe,luxari, kad sam stigla zahtijevali su da platim još 900 tl i dali su mi dvije sobe , bez prozora,u užasno sanju.... Sve u svemu, katastrofa
