This app is not working on my phone can any body explain why I can't open my account in it, it's said lock account even already changed password, please work on this app for smart phone users or any cause for my employer who is iphone user it works and it actually very important for me to have this app cause I need to send money and it's very hassle to always ask anyone's help

I am very, very disappointed and dissatisfied! It's impossible to use this app. I've never been able to use this app, and it makes my banking difficult!
