Been working great til the past 3 weeks!! For some reason I cant log in with my password! And I cant reset it because my phone is off and the Send Email option is not showing as an option to contact me but it usually does! Im so pissed!!! Update: 11/2021 I called customer service and received the best and fastest help ever! I was back in my account hassle free! Best customer service I've received this entire year!!!

It's been more than a year, and I've tried everything - uninstalled multiple times, reinstalled, uninstalled my password manager, changed settings on my phone, anything I could think of that might make this app work. I sign in, get the little loading arrow-circle thing, and then, I can see, just barely, the app open up behind the login screen. But I can't get to it. The login screen just stays there, unresponsive. It's the same problem so many other reviewers have reported, and I swear, if Cadence tells me to call customer service again, I am going to lose it. Customer service is not fixing the app. I just tried reinstalling the app again, because their website now refuses to work with Chrome, and I'm running out of ways to manage my own money. I guess I'll have to switch banks, which seems extreme, but I kind of need access to my own accounts, Cadence. Get it together.

Worked great for awile. Then all of a sudden just said "failed" and quit working. Have deleted and reinstalled several times, same thing. Can not get it to work. *Update- It appears to have been a glitch with my sign in. Talked with someone at the bank who resolved the issue. Works great again. Thanks.
