Easy to use. Clean. Everything you might possibly need regarding your finances and banking with Arrowhead Credit Union. Checking, savings, loans, investments, statements, multiple forms you might need, important account info, tax papers, bill pay, transfers and so much more. Mobile check deposit is so quick and easy and you can set up and use zelle on the app also. Love the chat feature. I've used it for tons of stuff. Always a huge help

Every time I get paid within a week and bring in some goods, it uses up my paycheck that I throw into my savings put into a false action of $4** and making me go broke so suddenly. I usually calculate the stuff I would get and see how much I would have in the bank account, but the transaction is super slow, leaving me stressed to the point I'd be down to $10??? I'd love the old mobile app because it was easier and more understanding to see how much I was saving without any issue

In all honesty, I miss the old app it was way easier to figure out. Trying to make a transfer takes twice as long now. The layout is completely different it's like going from an Android to an Apple device. In terms of the difference of the old app compared to the new. Also, there is clearly a lot more data in the new app, which makes opening the app very frustrating. Sometimes it won't work until I get home and connect to Wi-Fi. In need of much improvement!
