App and website won't let me input a routing number for a payment method, in order to make payments on my credit card with them. Says I have to call to make a payment. Umm, it's 2024! No thanks!! Their previous app didn't have the horrible issues this current one has, and obviously didn't transfer over any of my saved account information that I've been using for several years. As soon as I figure out how to pay off this credit card online, I'm taking my business somewhere else!

The app is good. I have a checking and savings account with them. But some of the policy suck. I don't have overdrafts or anything like that so that's not why I'm posting. But things like cash app. Even the smallest amount like $5 takes a day or two to cash out. I can spend $20 at a major gas chain like QuikTrip or RaceTrac on Monday. But the charges don't come out until Friday of that week. I think I'm going back to digital and virtual banking like chime. It's just not worth it.

Easy to use and does everything I need it to. No more trips to the bank just to deposit one check. Sometimes when depositing a check, the app asks me to verify that a certain field is legible in the photo. It would be nice if the app would allow me to zoom the photo. The one presented is so tiny that verifying legibility is difficult. When taking a photo of the check, the app needs to do a better job of centering it in the field. I center it properly but the photo is almost always off to one sid
