With the BALG Run App, you can run down your running goals with the help of Kelly Roberts, creator of the global community, the BALG. As an RCAA certified running coach (And the former President of the "I F*ing Hate Running Club"), Kelly understands the struggle of chasing goals that feel impossible. She knows what it's like to become a runner. She understands what it's like to feel like running, being athletic, or running stronger will never be a reality. Kelly has developed training plans for everyone from the brand new runner, 10K-er, Half Marathoner, Marathoner, to the Marathoner chasing their Boston Marathon Qualifying time. The app features strength training programs with videos, in-app messaging featuring Kelly's training journals to help you work on your mental game, and unique training programs. The BALG run app will help you make your goals a reality.

We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!
As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.
