It's quite convenient to pre order food. I've had a few issues where the app times out taking a few minutes to fail an order and some times the order gives no response that it was successful and resets to the default screen but checking the receipt section shows the transaction went through ok. The one other slightly annoying thing is stock levels. The app says an item is out of stock so I order something different but when I pick up my order I can see the "out of stock" item in the counter.

This rewards program is absolutely worth it. I live in a rural town with only one servo', the B.P. Every 4 to 6 weeks I accumulate about $5 in shop credit or fuel, (varying due to my travel expenses for that fortnight or month.) It's fantastic for once, to get a reasonable reward to money spent ratio. It's nice to actually get a payoff & one I can spend regularly too. (You can set it to whatever amout suits you. Alerting you when you reach $5 or $10 or $15 or $20 etc.)
