Ratings and reviews

Absolutely useless air line, over book, change your seats, delay your flights then expect you to pay for their mistake. Changed there name from malindo air to try get better ratings but still terrible at customer service and need to focus more on there customers... My first time flying and it was an awful experience.. I saw so many others in similar situations at the main ticket desk and the staff were not willing to help anyone but more then happy to take more money & not even offer a discount.

The worst apps with the worst service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Baggage check in only open 2 counters and they are so slow managing the baggage and when it comes to my turn it took her soo long to check the tix and then suddenly announced that it's time to close the baggage checkin. Then ask me to just bring my luggage into the flight. What's the point of me purchasing this airline tix if it's not for the luggage check in??? I'd rather purchase other airline tix

terrible app! 1: totally no login option to manage booking 2: when click on check-in it open apps store to ask you to install another app called bookcabin. 3: even after install the bookcabin app, it still unable to manage my booking after entering my booking number it shows an error "couldn't locate the booking" both app is terrible and lousy. if this app couldn't work please take it down from the apps store and introduce a new app or develop a new app to your customer.
