Pros: Lion Air flies to several small airports. Friendly and helpful staff. Competitive prices. Cons: In accordance with the company's reputation according to locals, I waited 7 hours for my flight: "Sorry Sir, plane broken." Issues with the app, bugs, to do the check-in etc., but fixed at the counter.

A total joke. Doesn't do anything when you try to manage your bookings. worse still when you click check in it sends you off to Google Play to download something completely different. As useful as a wet piece of string to a man with diarrhea

Terrible app. Crashed after i have made payments and did not receive a booking number nor a flight confirmation. Terrible customer service as they repeatedly asking for a booking number which they didn't ecen provide in the first place.
