Wankers, ripping off twa#s, and the app doesn't work, can't add luggage, a complete headache. Hate it when company's like this take advantage of the current situation to profit. Still cant make payment for a ticket booked using the website? Cant add luggage so will charge extra at airport. Cant pay with any UK debit card, they only accept indonesian bank payment. Can't pay with an Indonesian account because now not accepted. Only fly if u are desperate and there is absolutely no other choice.

- App does not work. Impossible to book a flight with the app. Click on 'Book Flights' - 'Select Origin' and then the app turns in a loop. Nothing happens. - Default useless replies to reviews: "Dear valued customer, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Request you to kindly send email to customercare." To summarise: This company still sticks with booking by travel agencies. If you book a flight you discover that the app doesn't work. Can we rely on the condition of the planes????????

Never in my life again get flight with Lion Air. The schedules, gates, and check ins were messed up and at the end we are required to add new booking and making new payment. Don't want to forget to mention the flight and luggage delays to 2-3 hours. Amazing.
