Much better than calling, or previous app. You are able to schedule on the weekend for a ride on Monday say, instead of needing to do it by Friday by 5. Now you can schedule till Sunday at 5. Also, now the new app let's you find a new address, whereas before you had to call in for it.

always on time cool over the phone never late great would have gave it 5 stars but wish they added an online payment option with credit or debit card especially if the client can't wait for the trip tickets to arrive or have difficulty getting out to get cash because of there disability love the paratransit bee line system

This app on Android does not initialize during the login process I don't care if you have an older Android OS like Android 8 or a newer OS like Android 11 this app fails. This is the worst app that I have ever rated by far please try to work on this app and test this app fully before releasing this app again to the public thank you very much !

Bug fixes and improvements:
1) Added the ability to quickly book a trip via a “Book Now” button.
2) Resolved issues with booking trips at certain times, as well as with the minimum advance booking time not being returned to the mobile apps in any Mobile APIs.
3) Resolved issue where app was crashing when opening the map during trip booking.
4) Added the ability to book a trip using deeplink attributes.
