I've had the Biowave for less than a year. After an update in October 22 then app no longer worked with my Google 6 Pro. This was fixed after about three months. There has been another update in February 23, which has completely changed the app, requiring an account with password to be set up. And although I can pair the device with the app, the app itself is not working. Grhhhh! (Update 17th May 2023 - still not working!!!)

I used my biowave yesterday, no issue. Today, it appears the app updated, had a new interface etc. Seems this update actually happened awhile ago. Anyway, doesn't work. Keeps ending treatment after 5 seconds or less. Not using the app anymore, seems pointless.

Give me one good reason why this app *requires* access to phone calls and persistent location? For this reason this app will never be installed on my devices until you get your act together. For a $300 product you would think the app would actually be useful, non invasive, and straight forward...but instead, you're greedy and expect me to approve crazy permission sets that have NOTHING to do with using the product.
