There was an error in the payment, but my card got charged. I got no receipt whatsoever. When speaking with support, I tried to send them a screenshot of the charge in my card, even though I allowed the App to access my storage it keeps saying I have to give the app permissions in the settings (?) I cannot send the screenshot, still don't have a receipt, support replies in no less than hours, slow... very disappointing honestly

App had a glitch in which I was unable to extend my parking time and was issued a ticket. I contacted the parking enforcement through email regarding the issue and they gave me instructions on how to pay. No acknowledgement of the defective app at all. It's insane how these cash grabs are allowed to happen. I sent them a screenshot of the app literally not letting me pay and all the guy on the phone said is "what's your credit card #".

Used to book beach parking at Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester. Easy to book BUT when editing to add rental car license plate later, it cancelled my reservation & now sold out for date previously booked. I DID NOT CANCEL!! Have tried contacting Support, but no resolution yet. Also, Beach website says same app can be used to rent umbrella & chairs, no option on app to do that. Note that I had to use the app for follow up as website returns error codes when logging in. BAD experience!
