I like the food just fine. It's the app and your so called "Company Policy" that instructs employees to force people to pick up mobile orders inside the restaurant instead of letting us use the drive thru. I happen to have a broken foot at the moment so kinda hard to keep getting in and out my vehicle. You're the only restaurant with a mobile app that does this. Seems pretty ridiculous to choose THAT as a stance to be different. Deleting the app until y'all answer or update it.

Works about half the time. Many times I'll tap a meal that I've ordered on the app before and "PRODUCT NOT FOUND" will pop up. Swapping between menus is about as slow as Christmas, and sometimes just won't load. The loading screen will stay up and never go away. Have to restart the app when this happens. But the real downside to this app is the fact that you never get offers and there's no rewards program. Every fast food app has both of these things, but this one does not.

Can't pick up in the drive thru or in the numbered parking lot. If you've ever eaten Canes prepared to be disappointed. One of my chicken fingers had the skin while the others didn't. The chicken was tasteless. Went in to get my food. Cashier had to be reminded to get my drink and it ended up being the wrong one. There wasn't any utensil to eat the coleslaw and dipping sauce was wrong. This was my first time eating here and I can say I won't be eating here again. Uninstalling the app.
