أسوأ دعم فني لايوجد تواصل فقط رد الكتروني!! والرد هنا إعلامي كالعادة ... تم سحب المبلغ مرتين ثم اعادة واحد منهم ولم يتم الحجز!!!!

عندما لاتستجيبون لشكوى عميل Genius على بعد خطوة من المستوى الثالث فأنتم لاتستحقون حتى التقييم نجمة واحدة .. حصلت معي مشكلة مع حجز شركة سيارات في اسطنبول بسبب طمع وقلة احترام موظف لغى حجزي بدون النقاش معي وأرفع لكم شكوى بشرح ماجرى فيأتي ردكم بمكافأتي بخصم كامل المبلغ وعدم استرجاعه فهذا يدل على أن أسلوبكم نصب واحتيال رغم اعتراضي وكلما رفعت اعتراض تردون بأسلوب استخفاف . على فكرة حصل معي عن طريقكم من قبل حجوزات فندق وهمي لم أجده ثم حجز سيارة تقاتلت معهم حتى حلوا المشكلة وأنتم مجرد اعتذرتم. احذروا

التطبيق سيء فقد قمت بالحجز عبره في أحد الشقق ولم يجاوبني صاحب الشقة وبالرغم من دفعي المستحقات وارسالي شكوى لبوكينغ إلا اني لم استعد ما دفعت وقد حدث هذا مع أحد اصدقائي أيضا
