Po té, co jsem přišel díky podvodu o peníze i o ubytování které jsem sjednal v aplikaci booking, jsem se snažil věc řešit se společností booking. Doteď (více jak měsíc) nikdo nereagoval. Poslal jsem tři maily na zákaznické centrum, kontaktoval jsem booking přes chat i jsem se snažil telefonicky. Dokonale mě ignorují. S penězi už jsem se rozloučil a velice mě zklamal přístup bookingu.!

Velký výběr ubytování na celém světě, přehledné, jednoduchý výběr podle různých kritérií. Nezávislé recenze, které hodně pomohou s výběrem. Objednávám zde už mnoho let a nikdy mě ubytování nezklamalo. Dvakrát byl nějaký problém ze strany ubytovatele,ale help linka od booking rychle vše vyřídila k naší spokojenosti.

Obejdnala sem si u vás ubytování po sléze sem ho zrušila. Ubytování semnou přestalo komunikovat hned po zaplacení, a bookingten se mi ozval za 2 měsíce a oznámil že za to můžu já a že mi nemůžou pomocí i když sem zaslala fotky o zrušení a SMS kde jsem kontaktovala ubytování. několikrát jsem psala i na centrum pomoci i řešení sporů . Nikdo neodpověděl a ani když booking kontaktoval ubytování nebylo mu odpovězeno. Už nikdy víc.
