I would give this app 1 star, but at least you can book whatever accommodation you're trying to book.. but after that, good luck! I haven't been able to view my booking since booking it. I have been trying to cancel my hotel accommodations due to my flight being canceled. I click on the booking and get a screen that's says booking details there seems to be a problem... this has been happening for 3 days now 😡😡😡😡

Booked a room and paid online. I got to the hotel and was told they could not find my reservation and they didn't have a room available. The app had a small wait time for help but finally got ahold of a support person and they confirmed that I was at the correct hotel and I got refunded almost immediately. Disappointed that I lost my discount tho and had to book a room at a different hotel that I could have gotten a discount but didn't last minute.

Got scammed on their taxi service. My taxi got canceled 5 mins after booking, they told me to rebook and they will refund me. There was some problem with app and website and it wouldn't let me book again. Spent whole morning at airport trying to book. After everything they just said sorry, can't help. Took my first reservation money and that's it. Because of their mistakes and slow answers, i basically spent 3x money than if i just used uber from start.
