Servizio clienti pessimo!!!!! Meriterebbero - 100..Come partner da tempo,ho tentato più volte di richiedere informazioni su alcuni problemi riscontrati sull'account del mio profilo, sia telefonicamente, sia xmail e in entrambi i casi nn ho conluso NULLA!! call center che ti mette in attesa xmezz'ora e poi qnd inizi a descrivere il problema, mettono giù.. altri operatori che dicono che verrò ricontattata a breve e poi nn richiamano.. Mail che nn arrivano al destinatario!VERGOGNOSI!!!!!!!!!!

Ottima app, tengo tutto a portata di Cell...in ogni momento posso accedere e verificare e avere sempre tutto sotto controllo....preferisco booking ad altri siti/ app molto meglio. Modifico la mia recensione in quanto mi sono accorta di quanto siano aumentati i prezzi di alloggi che risultano meno cari su altre app. Sono diversi anni che prenotavo con booking, ma quest' anno ho cambiato, stesse strutture, stesso trattamento, prezzo più alto ( 200 euro o più )

La valutazione fortemente negativa non è per l'app, ma per l'assistenza clienti e l'approccio dell'azienda alla gestione delle criticità. L'ultima esperienza con Booking è stata terribile. A pochi giorni dal mio arrivo, l'hotel ha cancellato la mia prenotazione. Booking mi ha invitato a cercare un'alternativa. Non trovando alternative che soddisfacessero gli orari del mio treno, ho scritto all'assistenza per chiedere supporto. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta (nonostante il sollecito).
