ワンストップで色々予約できるので便利。ただしホテル以外のツアー等は口コミの投稿がなく競合による自浄作用が働いていない印象で、話が違うなと思うことも多い。予約が最後まで完了できずにクレカでハネられて結局ホテルやエア等に直接アクセス、あるいは連絡して取るしかないこともあったりするので時間がないときや間際に予約する場合には、トラブる事も想定して別の手段を取る時間を確保した上で使うほうが良いと思う。

予約する月を間違えて予約してしまい、その日が近かったため、予約不可 一度その月を設定して、その後何故か別の月になってて、それに気づかずに予約をしてしまいました。 ホテル側にもこのサイトにも電話で相談したけど、こちらでは対応できないとの事で、たらい回し 海外のアプリ使うのは本当に融通が効かないですね… 予約してすぐにキャンセルしようとしたのに無理とは なんかクーリングオフ的なものはないのだろうか… まぁもぅ絶対に使わないです。

未払い問題があるスウェーデンの詐欺まがいな会社。 安く表示されていたホテルも最終的に支払い画面で値段が変わり清掃費や手数料が上乗せされ高い宿では値段が数倍の高額料金に変わっていたりする。 手数料込みですと表示がある場合でも最終的に購入する画面では清掃費が上乗せされてるパターンもあり、一見コミコミ料金と思わせるとか悪質。 前にも料金に対して全ての案件を統一し、日本の他のサイトと同じように全てコミコミ料金で表示し支払い画面でも料金が変わり気が付かないで購入してしまうなんて事が起きないよう改善を求めたが改善が見られないからこんなサイトは使わない方が無難である。 その他、気が付かないで購入してしまったらキャンセル期間が過ぎている場合キャンセルが出来ない。 対応が日本人がオーナーではない場合、日本語での対応がないから何を言っているのかわからなかったり返答がない場合もある。 日本語で対応があっても日本語がおかしいから通じない事もある。 まあ、こんなサイトが許されているのは全部日本政府が悪い。日本政府が詐欺に等しい事をやっているし、外国人を入れて来たから悪い。 宿泊料金もぼったくり料金だったりする
