للاسف كنت دائما استخدمه لكن الان غير سياسته علي ما اعتقد تم خصم مني مبلغ مع اني اخترت الدفع بالفندق وعندما اخبرت الفندق رد عليا ليس لنا شأن والفندق اخد مبلغ الحجز كامل وحتي الان لم استرد المبلغ

البرنامج ممتاز..لكن في هذه الفترة مخترق حيث اني ادخلت بينات بطاقة أئتمانية لعمل حجوزات فندق وتفاجأت بعمليات شراء على البطاقة من جهات مجهوله. والغيت البطاقة كليا ثم ادخلت بيانات بطاقة أئتمانية جديدة ولاول مرة استخدمها وخلال ساعتين تم شراء على بطاقتي الثانية من جهات اخرى وقمت بتجميد البطاقة والغائها. تواصلت مع بوكنق وابلغتهم بما حدث. للاسف تطبيق لم يعد آمن. وبعد يومين ارسلوا ايميل يخبروني فعلا بوجود انشطه اختراق مشبوهه على بعظ الحسابات. فالحذر

أسوأ دعم فني لايوجد تواصل فقط رد الكتروني!! والرد هنا إعلامي كالعادة ... تم سحب المبلغ مرتين ثم اعادة واحد منهم ولم يتم الحجز!!!!
