Ratings and reviews

Not able to configure more than one prepaid auto top-up for same amount to same number. For example, to top-up RM20 every month, it is required topup RM 10 x 2 times since there is no RM 20 top-up option, but Boost only allows setting one RM 10 auto topup for same number. Furthermore, the auto top-up schedule frequency is limited, there is no option to auto topup every 2 months. Please kindly improve on this. Thank you.

Your help support not helping at all. Dropping email also useless and wasting time. Keep updating th ticket but problem not solve at all. When it comes for their benefit, they have all the features, but for the users, everything is limited, cannot this and that. Will not recommend this app to my familly and considering to uninstall this app too.

Very very bad. When you have dispute on the transactions you have no way to contact them. There's no phone contact number, sent email to them was rejected due to mailbox full. You can only chat to the chatbot which in fact they can't chat at all and only provides certain topics for you which are all not relevant, and there is no live agent. And eventually there's nothing more you can do about the dispute.
