I had a very bad experience with bykea partner app. They deduct high commission, there commission is 10% mentioned on app but they deduct more than 11 or 12%. Poor app and Pathetic and Worst Customer Support. I have contacted them again and again, but they hanging up my call l. I have lock complaint on 17 Oct, complain resolution time is 2 days and today is 5th day but still my issue is not resolved. If there would be any negative rating, I would gave them.

I have had a very disappointing experience with the Bykea Partner app. The app deducts a high commission, leaving very little for the drivers. To make matters worse, when a customer cancels a ride, Bykea still deducts their commission from our earnings, which is completely unfair. Additionally, the constant need to find an Easypaisa shop to deposit more money into the account is a hassle and adds to the frustration.

Poor application. Need some fixing. You need to simplify this app. Whenever i get a ride, i get confused. You need to write a simple pick up and drop off location names. Eveytime we get a ride we need to find the pick up and drop off location ourselves. People are diverting to other apps . You need to think seriously
