Ratings and reviews

The app needs to be improved. When I receive a location on WhatsApp and I tap and select to open in bykea app. The app opens with ride options but I have to send something through delivery which is not available on appeared options. The feature is available in Yango app. Moreover, the app doesn't show estimated fare and also location of bykea rider is not live and bike does not move in app map with the journey on the go. Careem has both above features in their app. Please improve your app.

My first Bykea ride was a complete disappointment. The app showed a 390 fare but it jumped to 464 when the ride ended. The driver didn’t have change so I had to pay 500. They were showing a 20% discount but it didn’t apply at all. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I reached out to support and got no response. This experience was enough for me to stop using the service.

sometimes it's good, but sometimes it's very poor app. some of their drivers don't even know how to use map they just wander around wasting time of ours. i had to go somewhere in emergency and one bike driver took so long (5 min reach turned to 25min wasting time) just because he didn't knew how to use map.
