You have a ~125Mb app that does very little. One can buy airtime, data, etc, play silly games but nowhere on the app can I cancel my contract or see when it expires. Why have you made it so difficult to cancel a contract? That feature should be available on the app. Or do you need to squeeze another month or two of frustration out of your customer?

UPDATE... THIS APP HAS BECOME A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME SINCE THE UPGRADE!!! from an app where I could recharge and monitor my kids accounts also to an app that you can't even log into!!! I'm so disappointed in Cell C. For the last 3 days I'm trying to recharge via the app using my airtime for a double data bundle and I spoke with customer service 3 times already and still not working. Don't advertise if you don't want to sell it!!!

have more issues with the functionality of the new app. to get statement is a hustle. it'll say that it has downloaded when it has not. I use to be able to view the amount I needed to pay in the app. not enjoying it....but had to update to keep using. Been 'using' it more than two months. more glitches... including login errors/delay. I hardly go to it now, only when I HAVE to. Going back dialing on phone to get balance updates. This was a downgrade, not an update.
