Since the app update a few months back I've been having trouble buying data. The data options that was available on the previous version and still is available on other platforms are not available on the app anymore, and I've had issues with data rollover or getting the right type of data if buying on the app. The bugs like snapscan not linking is still present on new app. Please fix these bugs.

I had previously registered my number on this app and I was able to use it but then it logged me out. Whenever I try to log back in, it says that my number is not registered and I should do that. So I follow the registration prompts but I never receive the OTP and even when I use an alternative registration method that does not require an OTP, all it does it load and nothing else happens. So it's basically a useless app at the moment.

You have a ~125Mb app that does very little. One can buy airtime, data, etc, play silly games but nowhere on the app can I cancel my contract or see when it expires. Why have you made it so difficult to cancel a contract? That feature should be available on the app. Or do you need to squeeze another month or two of frustration out of your customer?
