UPDATE... THIS APP HAS BECOME A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME SINCE THE UPGRADE!!! from an app where I could recharge and monitor my kids accounts also to an app that you can't even log into!!! I'm so disappointed in Cell C. For the last 3 days I'm trying to recharge via the app using my airtime for a double data bundle and I spoke with customer service 3 times already and still not working. Don't advertise if you don't want to sell it!!!

You have a ~125Mb app that does very little. One can buy airtime, data, etc, play silly games but nowhere on the app can I cancel my contract or see when it expires. Why have you made it so difficult to cancel a contract? That feature should be available on the app. Or do you need to squeeze another month or two of frustration out of your customer?

I use to be able to access numerous numbers with 1 app via the dropdown, now all the secondary numbers is just gone with no way to find them and no reply from Cellc help. It use to be a wonderfull app, now no more. Profesionally designed to be a downgrade on the previous versions. followup, the seem to have fixed this in Sept2025.
