Since the app update a few months back I've been having trouble buying data. The data options that was available on the previous version and still is available on other platforms are not available on the app anymore, and I've had issues with data rollover or getting the right type of data if buying on the app. The bugs like snapscan not linking is still present on new app. Please fix these bugs.

The app is simple but not captivating to draw you in. To buy the data and minutes us simple and cost effective bundles are tailored for your usage. My main trouble is trying to access the rewards as thats is key for me lifestyle vouchers playing and winning etc as the is an error one gets when trying to access the rewards.

I think it’s more straightforward. I can see all my balances on one page, and everything is clear. I don’t need to guess which amount falls under what. I can even roll over my data with a simple press, unlike the USSD code where I have to remember which number is for what. I can easily make purchases as well. Also, well done on adding the eSIM option, at least I don’t need to call to get that done. The redirections are clean, with no ads or cookies. Would love Biometric sign in, app only deals
