Ratings and reviews

I've ordered from Chewy a few times now since the beginning of the year, the app works pretty well considering. The issue always comes with the order itself, it's always come beat up, box has holes, cans inside are smashed open, bags of things split and poured out into the box. for a company that touts customer service its strangely toothless, they'll say "This is unacceptable" "I'll run this to the higher ups" but nothing ever comes of it. it's fine if you don't mind getting 3/4 of your order.

The app does what it is supposed to. But, I use this method because I move alot. That seems to interrupt their process, and I have had problems with them canceling my order, without notice..due to a change in shipping address. This is great for prevention, however the way it is done (without confirmation or notice) is very inconvenient. I am trying again, and will update accordingly, if this detail is improved upon.

I love Chewy. I have to say my real favorite part is when boxes arrive (any box), and he is absolutely convinced it is for him, from Chewy. He just knows his treats for the next month are in there, along with (hopefully) a new toy or two. He is very disappointed with that one order every 6 weeks that only contains a 27-lb bag of his dry food. Paying for that leaves out the possibility of a treat or toy!!!!
