Since the latest update, the app no longer works properly on Android. The Home Depot app UX is not convenient and efficient. It acts more like the website, which renders the app redundant. Items saved on Products List stopped identifying aisles and bays. When items are deleted from the list, it just duplicates it and is relocated to the bottom of the list. As a Pro Xtra member, this has become extremely cumbersome.

Recent updates have destroyed what used to be a functional and quite useful app for my business. The app is now incredibly slow with unnecessary pages and animations. The option to view receipts would crash the app due to webview. Instead of fixing the issue the entire option to view receipts was removed from the app. The old saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it" really shines in these dark times. Devs please give the pros the old app back and give the homeowners the new flashy stuff.

The app has been crippled by recent updates. It went from being an actual app that reacts to your selections, to a website browser that takes forever to react to your selections, ignores filter options that are selected and doesn't let you know if items are in stock at a specific store. Some items have a secret price that will only be shown to you if you put the item in your cart. The pro category used to show you your perks progress. Now, you have to go through a series of slow-loading screens.
