Ratings and reviews

The review about customer care is so true, it is total rubbish and there has been no improvement at all. I placed an order since 2:30 pm and I have still not gotten my order, it's already 5:30 pm when I should have left work since 4 pm. What is the actual issue now? My refund requests are being ignored. The rider is no longer answering my calls. I am not even hungry again just refund me. And I am even forced to rate you 1 star when I don't want to.

When no riders are available, they do not decline an order. Instead, they hold on to the order for hours. This has happened to me several times. In the most recent case, a rider was assigned extremely late, and as a result, I was no longer able to receive it. Chowdeck expects you to receive your order even if they only assign a rider after hours have passed.

Very disappointed. I ordered pizza via Chowdeck and got a message saying the rider couldn’t contact me. I rushed downstairs, searched everywhere, but he wasn’t there. I tried calling him — he kept cutting my calls. The order failed, but I was still debited. I’ve submitted a full detailed complaint on their helpdesk with proof, but support isn’t available till tomorrow. This is unacceptable. I need a refund or redelivery ASAP.
