The app is very good and easy to use but just that a ride cannot work where it is not registered, that is while some restaurants are lacking riders and some have too much riders. It should be if the rider was registered at bode Thomas Surulere and not enough order he should be able to go Ikeja where they have many orders but little riders vice-vasa. Thanks

Good Afternoon 😊 guy at work with the chowdeck delivery service app. I have soo much fun with this app no stress customers are cool and more. but I have a problem with my withdraw balance, I withdraw an amount in the account balance around 6am something today but the money is not reflecting in my account. all the working and stress nonono!! please do something right away.

The recent update of this app doesn't ring out and doesn't show notifications. One wouldn't know he has ordered until the app is been dragged down by refreshing. Sincerely the formal version is far better than the newer version. Kindly help to work on it. It's so annoying holding phone and one wouldn't know when order comes in due to non notifications and silence mode of the app.
