How it works
Once you’re onboarded as a Chowdeck rider, simply go online when you’re ready to ride. Orders come to you in real time, you pick up from the restaurant, and deliver straight to the customer’s door. It’s that straightforward.

Ratings and reviews

This updated version is good but poor compared to the recent version. order pick-up is view once which is absolutely not necessary. One will only receive the sound without seeing the order. worse of it is the inability for a rider to put order out of stock. I suggested you allow riders to pick order anywhere. secondly, let the customer and vendor communicate through contact to settle the issue of orders that are not available before rider arrived. if possible give riders space to contact support

The only improvement in this new app for me is the early withdrawal option. Aside that Mr Temi Aluko. This new update is really not it. Riders can't pick enough orders anymore in a day. Orders that comes in disappear within 2 seconds. The previous app would allow one see the time at the top of one's phone. But this new one wouldn't let you see the time except you swipe down. But please I've not been receiving orders for the past week like I used to. The previous update really affected everyone.

The updated app is giving me issues like order will enter my phone, it will not show and sound after if another rider carry the order that is when my app will start sounding
