The app is bad, we keep hearing they want to update it but it doesn't seem like that, it hangs and it's slows to user response. pls the developer should do something about it. because as a rider it's affecting me badly, it's hard to accept orders, it's hard to distinguish between new orders and old orders as it repeatedly gives notifications over and over again. I would've rated 0 â if it were available. because it sucks!

it's a very bad app. for some reason it favors some riders compared to others. I've only been doing this for a month and I already have a big deduction thanks to the faulty mapping. developers need to put in a queue system so it can register the presence of who arrives at the outlet before others instead of a free for all. I've been really discouraged and lost the eagerness to work with this app. just straight up bad if you ask me.

me as a chowdeck Rider I've been facing issue on this app base on fast fingers that they're doing now, I think they can put it back to normal as it is before, because I don't know people that are in charge of it they turn everything upsidedown,I think you can do something and also about the support they are too slow to reply if rider have issues and they don't care about riders also please do something thank you
