Balance notices run about a day behind But I really appreciate new remote deposit feature. And checks are now clearing faster then when they first added the feature. 11/01/19 it's better but I hate when i deposit a check it starts off showing the full amount but then it goes away and starts reflecting portions considered cleared. with a big check all of it doesn't show up for days. You're better off just calling the bank. Hadn't used for awhile but I like the new automatic photo feature.

It's a crapshoot depositing checks! It says success &, all of a sudden 2 days later, it rejected your check! If it doesn't accept, I wanna know right away! Other banks have similar apps(Chase, Wells Fargo) &, it's a lot easier to deposit a check. Their apps are just better designed. They accept it or they don't! They don't leave the doubt... It's still slow, & the optical feature has a hard time reading the information like amounts & payee. Just a cumbersome app all around...

The worst. Every other week it takes my finger print setting off and I can't log in or get it back on there. Plus the banks system shuts down and you can't see or use your accounts. Everything you click on takes you to a webpage instead of on the app.
