Try to pay for stuff at a store and it says when go to pay that payment not accepted when there is clearly money in the account to where I can not use the card to pay. Again today April 10th trying to purchase something at a local grocery store declining the purchase by saying not available. You guys need to come with a permanent fix that lasts and it not being for a few days. Tried to pay a bill through Western Union at a grocery and said Not Authorized when i Tried to pay the bill.

The app itself is easy, but I hate Direct Express now. Most of my purchases are getting blocked, especially online. Direct Express is controlling how we spend our money, and that doesn't work for me. Customer service can't even help anymore. I'm about to switch to an actual bank, and be done with Direct Express.

There is something very strange going on with my account. I'm showing two "reversal debits" that list as being from Direct Express on 1/28/2026 and 1/27/2026 that resulted in money being taken from my account. Personally, I take"reversal debit" to mean that money should have been credited to my account not taken out of it. I was on with a supervisor for over 46 minutes trying to figure out how this could be and why they don't see the same charges as I do and got nowhere. It's all very fishy.
