There is something very strange going on with my account. I'm showing two "reversal debits" that list as being from Direct Express on 1/28/2026 and 1/27/2026 that resulted in money being taken from my account. Personally, I take"reversal debit" to mean that money should have been credited to my account not taken out of it. I was on with a supervisor for over 46 minutes trying to figure out how this could be and why they don't see the same charges as I do and got nowhere. It's all very fishy.

My card doesn't work as payment in some apps like Uber. Which is important.That's how I get anywhere other than my feet, and I am disabled, and they are used through the government so I guess this shut down they are trying to take out the disabled to leave walk in below freezing temperatures. Because when you call about the issue it says they are experiencing high volumes of calls to call back later and it hangs up on you.Also there are more issues than that yesterday with it !

This is the absolute worst banking app in the world.Basically, it's completely worthless. Mastercard has control over whether or not you can buy something and if you call customer service, they can't do anything about it and you can't get ahold of Mastercard and if you can call their main customer service, they can't do anything about your direct Express card but direct Express Can't do anything about your Mastercard. But it's the same card. Just go get a bank account.
