Ratings and reviews

App never works anymore! It worked great last season but has been useless this season. The first time I logged into the app, it locked me out of my account. Once I was able to get my account unlocked (and verified it was on their end) I was never able to log back in with the app, but yet the website lets me in just fine. I'm just uninstalling! Not worth the hassle!

Lots of good music and the new museums are really interesting. You need 2 days there for sure. The food tasting pass is worth the money. But they need some kind of shuttle to take you to the handicap area. Taking the tram to the A-B area is often further than walking to your car. We're parked in the handicap area for a reason...not to walk an additional 1000 steps to the car (which we did from the exit to our car)

Many glitches in new version. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Many times it just opens to a loading screen without opening into the app itself and I can't see any information. Also, my season passes aren't showing in the app when I can get it to open. I've tried contacting customer service, but have not got it resolved. At this point, I can just pull up pass info on the website and may just have to use the paper programs at the park for show times if it continues to freeze.
