Editing my review... Somehow went from decent to awful in just a few months. My tip for everyone would be to use the website, not the app. The app comes with a ton of bugs that weren't originally there... Such as hitting the "Make a Payment" button and it signs you out immediately, along with the option to pay with a previously used bank account being greyed out for no apparent reason. The terms of use say nothing about this supposed change. The website appears to be a workaround for this though

The first time I did a transaction, I was told it was cleared and had a receipt then days later the notified me that it had in fact not gone threw and I had to pay a late fee to my complex because the didn't tell me sooner. Now I'm forced to used the "certified payment" option. I would use my bank account which only has a 4$ fee but it isn't even listed on there bank options, so now I'm forced to use the credit card option with a 3.25% fee. It comes out to 30$! Worst app. Would switch if I could

I feel like for the money orders you should be able to see the account number BEFORE you take the picture of the check because every single time I do one I have to reload the same picture before and after adding the account number onto my money order. It's frustrating. Other than that most of their ways to pay don't actually work but the ones that do, work fine for their purpose. I've payed my rent far more conveniently in the past though, so I can't give this 5 stars.
