Ratings and reviews

It'd be nice to see who else is scheduled to work throughout the rest of the day so we can know who to contact regarding certain schedule changes or events. Also, it's very annoying when looking thru the schedule because the app doesn't maintain what date you're looking at and it jumps ahead to a different range so you have to find the date again. Lastly, there's too many 'submit request' to touch when picking up additional shifts. There are actually many more complaints about this app but...

I find the app fairly easy to use, though some of it is counterintuitive. My biggest complaint is with expense uploads. In the app, you can only upload receipt images. My receipts are PDFs and not included in the images library. Please change expenses to support the image library AND file library in Android! Currently, I'm having to upload my receipts to Google Drive and then go into my computer to submit my expenses. This expense is monthly and it's extremely annoying to always do this.

Terrible platform with thoughtless UI. Go to clock in, it needs a badge number, and it brings up a keyboard that DOES NOT HAVE NUMBERS ON IT. So you have to tap an extra button to get numbers to appear. Clock out? It uses dark patterns to get you to perform the wrong action. They highlight an unused button related to lunches and you have to read carefully to find the clock out button among the other options. I'm just trying to go home at the end of my shift, not cancel Amazon Prime!
