I loved this app before the update. If you make a mistake or need to delete a time entry, it won't let you go back and edit it or reenter it. I had to go have my boss manually fix one time entry because it won't work. It was awesome before the update that was required to do. PLEASE fix it and go back to the way it was.
Not bad 30 minutes to punch in.....STILL HAVING PROBLEMS,WITH NO RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPER OR SITE....BEEN 2 YEARS..... They will try to blame your phone or computer.... A lot of problems after required upgrade to continue.... No response or better servise..... And they don't read their ratings or reviews They just hope they go away... Still sucks.... Get a bigger server and someone who knows programs and apps..
Horribly constructed app. It works but that's it. Certainly isn't quick and the GPS is extremely inaccurate and unpredictable. Website is far superior to the app it's time you bring the app up to the same standard. Update: much much much better. Thank you for bringing up the quality of the app. Works much better now!
It doesn't let me clock in or out half the time saying I'm not in an authorized location... even when I'm at my desk. Very inconvenient!
The application is slow and the GPS is inaccurate, (I know, I know... Stand by the window and raise your arm really high.). Its not just my phone everyone I know at work has the same issues. The permissions we have to approve to keep our job are invasive, but what are you going to do, we have to eat. Good luck. Often times as time goes on applications/programs get better, that is not the case with this company. Again, good luck.
I can't update the cost center from my phone, I have to log in from an online connection to do that. If I don't do it I don't get paid. Please fix this problem. Otherwise a good app.
