just an update to my previous review (below). I have seen significant improvements to the app since then. not ready to go 5 stars yet, but the app has not crashed and I'm able to log in when I want to. posted 4/14/25...like most of the other complaints, the app crashes more than it works. if it weren't for the gas discount I would cancel my card completely and never use exceed again.

I agree with some of the others' reviews. Initially the app worked great but now it won't let me log in. At all. Before, I could log in but I couldn't use the transfer money option. And when you call the number all they say is reinstall. I'm about to uninstall it for good. This is ridiculous. Fix this or I'm done with both the card and the app.

App has completely stopped working. I have had a lot of issues with logging in recently, transactions not deducting, and trying to transfer money to and from piggy banks. I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, and restarted my phone. Nothing is working! This is a huge inconvenience considering my bills are on auto, but I can not log in to transfer money from my piggy banks. Very disappointing, especially since I've had this card for almost 9 years!
