It's not the best app. easy to use when it works. I have had consistent issues with logging in (can't log in due to system issues or it decides not to recognize me randomly) I've had to re-download the app a couple of times just to be able to log in again. And if you get in - sometimes the balance will show, other times it's blank. my piggy bank account has disappeared and reappeared severL times. frustrating experience

Love the fact most of the issues exceed had in the past are no longer preventing me accessing the app. However the part of the app where you select to send money to an external account has not worked in 8 months. I have grown tired of calling the number to spend 10 minutes listening to the automation and go through 11 selections. Is this issue being worked on?

every time I try to move money it won't let me I have called customer service about the issue and they told me to uninstall it and reinstall it I have done to no avail. I have been trying to remove all my information from the app so I can start fresh but I can't do that either it keeps saying welcome and then my name when I go into the app. this is very frustrating. please fix whatever bug is in the system because I can't do it. thank you very much for your service and hopefully this will get
