Ratings and reviews

No compensatiom for cancelled trips by customers, no waiting fees or factors in peak times, orders are soo few (for hours). Now the app is not opening dor the past 15 days!!! I tried everything, reinstalled the app, reset the phone, try another phone and still will not open.

I have used many App like this but no one has that type of rabish system. In every 2-3 days App does not respond & Their support team also don’t answer any equerry. At ones after confirming the arrival can not start or cancel the trip because APP stop to respond. I request new drivers who want to become an ego driver rethink about it

Worst Company and the playing from the hard earned money. They take their commission and yet we cant withdraw our money. Firstly we can able withdraw money keeping 50 riyal in wallet, then they increases to 100 and Now they play again and increases wallet amount to keep minimum 130.
