It's criminal how bad this app is. This app disconnects almost every single night which causes random temperature changes, waking us up, every single night. And even when it doesn't disconnect it will randomly heat up sometimes and then break when the bed is hot so we literally have to sleep somewhere else because the bed won't cool down. If it doesn't follow the preset heating/cooling schedule, then what's the point? Don't purchase the bed because the app is awful!

no matter what we try to do, the app will not track our sleep, nor will autopilot adjust temps during sleep. we have had the pod for years, and ever since you released the new pod 4 or whatever the app has quit working. feels like planned obsolescence for those of us with older pods. considering chucking it and finding another option. fix your app!!

Now, we are having issues with the bed saying that we are away! So, either it never turns on or stays at one temperature all night, not matching up to the corresponding stage you are in. I froze last night and then I cooked this morning. Such miserable sleep last night! I will never buy anything again where an app is needed to control the product. This one is extremely frustrating to use for a myriad of reasons! UPDATE: New Celsius is miserable. Waking freezing or boiling, no middle ground!
